Improvements to the 'AWS Well-Architected Workload Risks Report' dashboard #37

Added new charts for visualizing average risks across all workloads.

Hey @marceloig welcome to Steampipe 🎉 . Good work on the contribution 😄 I would recommend adding a separate dashboard page for the lens(AWS Well-Architected Workload Lens Risks Report dashboard) because the current dashboard is a general one that talks about the overall workloads. As you have provided input for the lens we see no change in the existing page as they do not change with different lenses. We can either add an input for a workload that would again have to change the existing queries or add a new dashboard that would solely represent the cards and charts for a particular lens that we take in the input.
