Express Route Dashboard / Details #99

I want to propose the updates in the PR to give visibility of Express Route within the Mod.

Let me know if I need to create an issue to consider this. I wasn't able to locate the process in the contributions guide.

Hi @jonesy1234 , can you please share some screenshots of the dashboards in this branch? And thanks for opening this PR, I think these will be our first community contributed dashboards 😃

Here is the dashboard. I'm not happy with the detailed dashboard as compared to the other ones for the mod it needs more work and relationships etc. However to properly map the relationship to the virtual network gateway I think we would need an express_route_connection table in the Azure plugin.

Few suggestions that could be implemented for the Azure Express Route Circuit Detail dashboard:

We can add information cards about:
- The bandwidth of the circuit bandwidth_in_gbps.
- The information about sku_family.
- The information about sku_tier.
- serviceProviderName can be added.
We can add Overview and tags in the same format as we have in other detail pages
For the Azure Express Route Circuit Dashboard dashboard:
- Could we add an assessment chart that checks the service provider provisioning state?
- Could we add assessment charts around global_reach_enabled and allow_classic_operations columns?
