This PR adds more specifics about setting up Domain Wide Delegation for the Service Account.

If only there was a ...directory.readonly scope or something similar to make this simpler for users. But, the definitive list is awesome to have documented 👍

We definitely need to get this merged and the docs updated for the scopes before we publish to the hub.

I've merged in your pull request and then migrated your additions into https://github.com/turbot/steampipe-plugin-googledirectory/blob/main/docs/index.md, which is where we maintain credential + configuration information (this content appears on our hub site, https://hub.steampipe.io/plugins/turbot/googledirectory).

The README now also contains a link to the hub site in the Quick start section, which hopefully makes it easier for users to find.
