Revamp description on market #93

I think the description could use improvement. Mention that it's a 3rd
party app that uses their API, link to playfoursquare.com (it's not that
clear on the app itself) and list all the cities, maybe comma-separated so
it helps search results but also doesn't use up too much horizontal space. 

Perhaps also mention the word "game" or "compete" or "social" for searches.

There are a lot of comments that shows that users don't understand what
they're downloading.

Fixed as best possible. 380 characters is not enough space to describe 
everything.
