We want to make the SDcard edition of the BMC firmware feature-rich. Targeting the people who want to tinker with the platform. As a first step, we would like to ship a package manager onto the SD card edition per default.

enable the opkg package manager inside buildroot.
adjust build pipeline in such a way that we can build both SDcard build and eMMC build with a separate package tree
