Collate scientific outputs from the partnership

While working with you on the Briefing notes, I noticed that a central list of all scientific outputs could be collated in this repo to strongly access and emphasise how they apply open and reproducible approaches.

Here is a suggestion on what could be centralised:

• Process for finalising partnership's research themes (I remember that you used Jamboard to collect their inputs and there was some iteration/process to narraow them down to three themes)
• Research projects supported by the partnership (all the funded projects)
• Papers published under the partnership
• Dataset published/associated with those papers
• Code published with those papers (GitHub, package etc.)
• Scientific articles/posts (such as the mind the gap, Turing's press release etc.)
• Briefing notes (about the Turing-Roche partnership, and the RCM one that I am checking with the comms about)

Thanks again- super helpful suggestions. Have added the process for finalising the research themes and the list of funded projects and papers. We don't have any original research articles out yet but will add them when they're submitted
