http://cosi.iscb.org/wiki/MLCSB:ISMB2022 Machine Learning in Computational Systems Biology track within ISMB 2022. Full line-up for speakers is yet to be confirmed, but current keynotes include Anne Carpenter (Broad), Su-In Lee (Washington) and Søren Brunak (Copenhagen). We will also host a discussion panel on “Reproducibility and transparency in ML: training the next generation”, led by Elana Fertig (John Hopkins). The conference will take place in July 10-14 with a hybrid mode. In-person sessions will take place in Madison, Wisconsin. The submission deadline for abstracts is April 21st.
