Purpose of the PR

READMEの表現を修正し、学習方法を追記します

Changes

日本語・中国語のREADMEのトップ部分を英語に揃えました
Trainingの詳細を追記しました
scripts/run.shの設定ファイルの指定を実際に存在するファイル名opt/001.ymlにしました
その他READMEに軽微な修正を加えました
