Update M2 intermission work #101

@Carmer Updated the BEM2 Intermission work description for next inning while it was fresh in my mind.

Spread the due dates out a little bit more over the course of the week.
Moved the details into sub-pages to clean up the main description of tasks and make it clear exactly what needs to be completed.
Will still need to create the submission pages, but we reorganize the folders a little bit and don't want to throw the M1 team off at this point.

I think this looks great @s-espinosa . I like the restructure for clarity. I think it will help students keep on top of things and organized. Thanks for this
