I've made a bunch of video walkthroughs, of exercises in this video.

I think they're worth listing in the repository, as they could help a lot of folks who might be feeling stuck (or folks who don't feel stuck at all!).

This PR adds those resources, and a few other tweaks here and there.

I've made a bunch of video walk-throughs for the mod0 and back end capstone repositories (current open PR w/walk-throughs is: https://github.com/turingschool-examples/backend_module_0_capstone/pull/174), and these walk-throughs are in the same style as those walkthroughs.
