updated notes for hashes.rb #60

Hi there, just some additional notation for the hashes.rb file to add more clarity for new students.

I've been working with Josh Thompson (Turing Alum) to do some cleanup work on this repository. I completed Mod 0 last week and am working through this repository to continue to develop my skills before starting the program.
