[WIP] 31 search by tech #83

I want to take on this issue and implement a drop down for tech. I would also like to expand the languages you can search for.

I think this would add value to the direction of the app. What languages would you want to add or how many?

I was looking at this functionality too. I think if we are going to have a search box as well as a tech dropdown, the search box should filter by search terms. currently, the only things that get any results are the existing technologies, so this functionality isn't implemented yet. is that something you'd like to take on as well?

@zackforbing I think I can take on that feature. @Laner12 I'm going to poke around and see if any other languages get hits. I'll report back if I find any languages worth adding.
