Update Mod 1 > Mod 2 intermission work

Mod 1 > 2 intermission work should include:

[ ] JS Dog Party project walk through for practice with HTML/CSS/JS
[ ] Finishing any of the JS Party repls/exercises they weren't able to complete during classtime in week 6
[ ] Introduction to Basic SQL
[ ] Brief overview of Rails - a video? blog? something we create? Not Task Manager tutorial because student will complete this during the module.

Additional tasks for this ticket:

[ ] Bring intermission work documents into the new curriculum site
[ ] Update all related docs content and instructions
[ ] Ensure all links point to new curriculum site or practice repos

-Possibly cutting the SQL work and the Task Manager tutorial to bring in later in the mod.
-Adding a simple JS app that has the HTML and CSS (and some Javascript) already written
