I updated this lesson to move the pre-work into the lesson itself, and to add an example they would have seen from their JS-fun-at-the-restaurant project.

Closes #595

Questions for the team:

I used the example checkForFood function, and asked the students to read through the code and predict the return value. Are there any other CFU questions we should include here?
