Big update to match M1 groups projects: IdeaBox + ColoRandom

Broke down the comps so that they are only building the HTML/CSS for the features they need in that moment
Removed commenting from the spec, as no students ever got that far
Moved iterations into dropdowns for organization
Updated the rubric for clarity (now matches coloRandom)

Closes #669

The evolution of the spec via images is great, and makes a lot of sense for them to make sure they're building in small pieces.
