Update advanced hooks lesson #703

Lesson to be updated: Advanced Hooks

Summary of changes needed:

The advanced hooks lesson needs an update to include several of the newer more popular hooks
Ideally these would be mentioned and the students would be given direction and time to explore them using the docs (rather than outlining the details of them in the lesson itself)
To include: .useMemo(), .useCallback(), and .useRef()

Lesson creation guidelines (also on FE Hub)

We have a plan to test out some doc exploration for this next inning. We may update this based on that experiment.
