update proptypes lesson to remove/update class references

Description of changes made

• [x] update lesson to remove class-references
• [x] remove reference to advanced data management
• [x] (not requested) made notes about deprecated docs which do not currently have modern replaces and added in the new docs where appropriate.
• [x] removed the last article from the additional resources section.
• [x] update the accompanying repository to be functional with hooks. (see https://github.com/turingschool-examples/react-iii-ideabox/pull/4)

Motivation for any changes

• the ticket requested the above changes
• The change where I added notes about the deprecated docs was not requested.
  • I could not find modern replacement docs that list all the propTypes options or explain default props. So, I left those old docs in with notes about ignoring the usage examples. I also added the new docs for their usage example, because they at least have that.
• I removed the final article in the extra resources section.
  • It was old and not entirely relevant; it made suggestions that are not really best/common practices now that hooks exist. I think it's great to include a resource that helps students learn about architectural options, but I couldn't find one that also talks about propTypes. Perhaps good architectural patterns and design patterns would better fit in another lesson?
