Create model testing in Sinatra lesson for Film File #265

@case-eee New lesson for testing with the switch.

I added the validation test and a test of the .total_sales method per our conversation.
I made a life raft just in case students didn't finish the homework tonight.
I added DatabaseCleaner since it seemed better than having destroy methods in our RSpec config with this many models.
Otherwise I think this mirrors the existing lesson pretty well.
