cè un piccolo errore, hai sbagliato settore dove mappare le webcam

la parte dove inserire le webcam è l'ultima dove sono presenti tutti -1 che 
indicano appunto webcam non ancora mappata

basta spostare i dati nel settore giusto e sostituire tutti i tratti senza 
webcam con il valore -1
