Add a FAQ to README, and comment the README's example #154

The FAQ is pretty simple, as I'd rather refer people to the github issues for longer discussion, and @turion 's awesome examples.

Also, I love the dirth of combinators, but there's a learning curve, so I commented the example to be a little more clear.

Gladly, but first, doesn't github's merge button have an option to merge+squash?

also, would you be interested in rhine-nanomsg, I worked on that over the weekend a bit, and I still need to polish it up, but, I'd be happy to commit it here.
