Add DESTDIR support for Makefile

I've just built a RPM for RHEL/CentOS based systems. Right now the Makefile 
lacks support for DESTDIR which leads to a manual installation of the compiled 
binary. I've attached a patch for the Makefile which adds the DESTDIR support 
for the installation.

If a packager wants to use it he can run make install DESTDIR=... , if DESTDIR 
is not set nothing will change.

It would be helpful for the packagers.
