Obligatory: Not an issue, but the discussion section is off, so posting here!

This is super great so far and gives those working on 8-bit and 16-bit UNIX-like operating systems a solid foundation to play, learn... then mess around with 2.11BSD.

Explore MINIX, NuttX, FUZIX, UZICS, ELKS as well. Look at the embedded/retro/new-vintage hardware and current software...

... and build the most ultimate 8-bit *NIX and 16-bit NIX ever!

I have got huge source code and pdf archive about UNIX v2-7, Minix, Linux etc. 80386 and later versions of unix derivatives are far away from UNIX v1 as logic. They are standing as guest on a PC and almost chaotic due to wrong using of C language -C was PDP-11 and porting unix by using C caused to lost the base, they are flying away from the land, everywhere filled with indirect programming, complex drivers, libraries etc- Retro UNIX is a new way from the UNIX v1 . Next steps of Retro UNIX may change something which were gone wrong. If i will success.. Note my effort with retrounix-retrodos-trdos386-singlix(utopic target) together. Only looking at Retro UNIX will not give a real view of my project. Also do not think about "386", i am focused on file systems and monolithic kernel structures, unified functionality. CPU type is not primary factor on my works... Do not think i am working on a demode CPU. /// Regards.
