We will add notifications related to properties for turms-gateway. In other words, notifyRelatedUsersAfterOtherRelatedUserOnlineStatusUpdated and notifyMembersAfterOtherMemberOnlineStatusUpdated in im.turms.server.common.property.env.service.business.NotificationProperties are only used by turms, and turms-gateway use its own properties.
