Name for first heading #28

Which there is an option to take name from first heading instead of file name. This is the setting that I use with IndexMenu or AlphaIndex plugins on Dokuwiki as it is a multilingual wiki using translation plugin which require file name to be the same across languages.

You can do this by including it in the link markup: [[:servers|Web Servers]] I created an example for you: https://www.mturner.org/xen_server/_media/epub/tower/2019_march_31_07-17-36.epub But there is no way for the plugin to update names, since the epub document is final once it is created.

Yes. I Know. I wasn't enough specific as I don't set page manually but build it from the whole namespace. and so can't manually provide name. The wiki will evolve a lot so the need of using the namespace option. But page are stored with .md extension and filename can't always be the title because of the multilingual context. You can see an example of the namespace to export here. The site isn't ready yet but you could have a look here.
