Table Query Wizard returns an error #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Excel Add-ins --> Table Query Wizard
2. Select Table to Query --> Contact
3. Select Fields to Include --> All
4. Run Query

What is the expected output? 
Excel sheet populated with contact object data.

What do you see instead?
Message box: Error Generated by request::An internal server error has occured 
while processing your request. 
Url:https://na12-api-salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/13.0/00DU0000000KQGu 
ExceptionCode: 5103

Message box: No data returned for this Query

What version of the product are you using? 
Force.com Connector for Excel Version 16.03 - 7/14/2011
Excel Professional Plus 2013

On what operating system? 
Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit 

With what Salesforce.com edition?
Salesforce Enterprise Edition

I also get the same problem.  Is this a 2013 issue?
