v2021081301 memory issue #597

On our dev system running Moodle 3.11 we are running into this.

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8589934592 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 149858225516 bytes) in /var/www/moodle-local/lib/plagiarismlib.php on line 1793

updated to yesterday's release. Now the message is:
