quiz item submissions fail when an attempt is missing #606

When a quiz attempt relating to a submission cannot be found, the entire submission process fails.

Thank you for the bug report and associated pull request. I've logged this on our system so we will take a look and get it fixed.

Hi @nwp90 This has been fixed in version 2022032301 today.
