Moodle Quiz - Unable to view Turnitin similarity in Moodle Quiz essay Question type #612

I created a quiz in Moodle by enabling Turnitin to YES via Turnitin Plagiarism Plugin setting within the Moodle QUIZ. Added essay type question into the quiz. image After students clicked Submit and Finished , it shows Turnitin Status Queued. I try Refresh Submission few times via the quiz settings but not able to view the similarity report. This Moodle Quiz is my second quiz. The first Quiz I had similar issue, waited more that a week and not able to view the similarity report, therefore I create another and experience the same problem. image Please help

Hi @vanie76 have you tried running the cron to send the files to Turnitin? It can be found in Site Admin -> Server -> Schedule Task -> Send Queued Files from the Turnitin Plagiarism Plugin

Otherwise you can Schedule this task to run every so often automatically.
