X Sign on Moodle Quiz Turnitin Plugin #630

We used Moodle Quiz with Turnitin Plagiarism Plugin for the English Synthesis Test on 10 August 2022. We were not able to view the Similarity Report for a few students. It shows the X sign, as shown in Figure 1. I tried Refresh Submission a few times but couldn't view the Similarity Report.

The red X icon shows when a user attempts to submit to Tii, but didn't accept the EULA so the submission never gets made.
