Renamed some CSS classes to make them Turnitin specific.
Partial revert for the change to restoring backups.
We've found an issue with allowing restores from a different site when it comes to user mapping and submissions. So we'll only restore assignment settings now when handling a restore from a backup created on a different site.
Submissions will still be generated by the plugin however but not through the restore. This is due to the functionality already in place to create submissions from Moodle submissions when enabling the plugin after submissions have been made.
