[Hub] provide some sort of "tour" of the Hub so the API key location (and other bits) is easy to find #1331

Recent feedback suggests that it is not clear enough where the Hub API key can be found. That (and other Hub features) could be highlighted to new users via some sort of "tour" for new users.

@qq7 - we could, and I'm sure it would work well, although it's quite expensive and from my reading it's not that hard to code that sort of thing with javascript.
