GitLab - improve/optimize backup process #1410

As discussed in the forums the updated TKLBAM profile for the newer GitLab appliance (since using the "Omnibus install method") is not ideal. I'm still not completely clear on what might be required to make it better, but it could do with some attention...

Just to give some context: We have a relatively small team and already each incremental backup sessions weighs ~300MB. This is with no files changing on the filesystem, so just a full dump of our DB.

One can imagine that for larger gitlab instances, it would not scale very well.
