GitLab is packaged by Debian, perhaps we should use that? #1913

I notice that GitLab is packaged by Debian via their "fasttrack" repo. Perhaps we should consider using that?

I would assume that it would use "proper" Debian dependency packages, rather than the "Omnibus" package that GitLab provide themselves?!
