Replace AppEngine appliances with AppScale #361

As some may already know Google's AppEngine SDKs (in various language flavours) are no longer open source. This means that these appliances will be retired for the TKL v14.0 release.

However an alternate was suggested by Liraz: AppScale (wikipedia link) (documentation on readthedocs.org).

On face value it seems that AppScale may be somewhat competing with Google, it seems that Google are sponsoring it...

If anyone is keen on seeing an AppScale appliance make it into the library for the v14.0 release then time to hone your TKLDev skills and get cracking! :smile:

Deferring to v15.1 (although may make it into v15.0 prior to v15.1 release?!
