Optimized builds for XenServer deployments #54

Now that XenServer has been open sourced by Citrix, Endre has requested (via the forums: http://www.turnkeylinux.org/blog/announcing-xen-builds#comment-17190) that TKL also be available as XenServer images.

It seems that it is relatively easy to install TKL ISOs to XenServer... See here: http://www.turnkeylinux.org/forum/general/20130715/installing-turnkey-vms-xenserver-hosts although this is for TKL v12.0 (32 bits) on XenServer 6.1/6.2 so not sure how it goes with the current v13 TKL (64 bits)...
