Selected liveCD menu option can't be determined #99

I downloaded the ISO for the Wordpress appliance, burned it to a DVD and booted it and arrived at the expected menu with its two options: the first one, for installing the appliance onto the local hard drive and the second one to run the appliance in "liveCD" mode. At this point I'm a bit confused because there are only two options and I have no way of knowing which one is set as the "default". The top line is displayed in yellow text and the bottom one in white text, but which is considered the "selected" line? With only two lines, I can't tell. If you don't use a background color to distinguish the selected option then it takes an additional line in the menu to know for sure which line is selected. Could you guys add a third option (like reboot or check memory) to the menu or change the "highlight" color so it's more clear to someone booting for the first time into a turnkey liveCD? This might not lead to an accidental install but it sure is unnerving nonetheless. Thanks!

I have not installed from ISO for a while so I may be a little out of touch...

Once upon a time the 'run live' option was the default but due to issues/confusion (mostly when installed from ISO on VMs) it was changed. The issue was where a user had installed TKL, but on reboot had not removed the ISO and the system would reboot into Live mode causing much confusion...

So last I checked the default now is to Install... I would think that it should be fairly obvious that this is what is happening prior to anything destructive occurring (i.e. you are asked about partitioning etc...).

As such I don't think that your concern is strictly a bug, but not an unreasonable feature request. I'll mark it as such.

Thanks for your response, Jeremy. You're right, it's pretty obvious; however, it's still unnerving because as a newbie, one doesn't quite know what to expect next... Am I going to be prompted for partitioning information or is it just gonna assume some defaults and install onto my system using those defaults? "Aw, I'm sure it wouldn't just install!" "OMG, it's partitioning!!!" <loud screaming and cursing, running around the room with arms flailing about> ... No, that scenario didn't actually play out in my case. Despite being a little nervous, it all worked out beautifully. ;-) And BTW, TKL is really cool. Kudos to the developers!
