Editor Replace / Save doesn't update "unsaved" glyph #156

  1. Open a file
  2. edit the file outside Minerva editor.
  3. Send updated file to chat
  4. replace contents of file with chat response.
  5. Save file with save icon.

This should clear the unsaved glyph. Instead, file remains in "unsaved" state.
