improve Client and SyncClient docs

[glommer]

• use links to internal entities rather than just monospace font
• document all public functions
• move transaction methods to crate visibility, since they should be executed from the transaction object
• also exposes the in_memory() method from local, which is not only useful in many situations, also makes the examples simpler
