How do I connect to a replica? #130

If I want a direct connection to a replica, it's not clear from the CLI at least what URL to use to connect.

There isn't one at this point

Could we do something like <instance id>.turso.io or <instance id>.<database name>.turso.io?

The db show command now lists replica URLs as of 72124a6eb217bf7bc8e603a23f2238e3e77364a5
