The free starter plan has allowance for 500 databases now. The docs need to be updated to reflect that.

Hey @ra-jeev, the limit is correct: you have three locations you can use as placement groups, not 500 that is the limit of databases that can be in the groups. That said, we can try to improve the text if that is not obvious.
