Thanks for pointing out the missing instructions.

I feel this should be left out of the stepwise tutorial because if someone follows it from the beginning, there wouldn't be a need to update at all. The command won't do anything because they would have just installed the latest version at the beginning. Instead, this best belongs in the reference doc, which acts as a more complete reference to the workings of the CLI. I added the instructions here: https://github.com/chiselstrike/turso-docs/pull/43
