#510 - blocked commands fail to work #135

All commands blocked in creative in the config file fail to work in all modes. Survival for example.

Adding - AntiShare.allow.commands does nothing to solve that.

(just in case you needed this info - wanted to test some new dev builds to get perm issue fixed ;)

This is due to a PEX caching issue. If you simply reload/restart the server the permission works as intended
