When the ping source is our domain then we have the right RTT, but there's no way to prove the RTT when the source isn't us. Maybe we shouldn't report it at all?
Eg:
kamax.io sends a ping
t2bot.io responds
hstoday says the RTT is 1s - but how does it know that t2bot.io received the pong?
