[P2P chat] FireChat bridge #226

A bridge between Matrix and Firechat. This IM is interesting as it is P2P chat like Tox, Jami, Orbit and Bleep. It does not even require internet connection.

By the way the client seems to be based on Riot. The looks is the same.
