Instructions/help/guide for people with overwhelming amount or too many rooms

I am once again running t3chguy's script to leave all Matrix rooms and thought that it would be nice if Riot or something handled this scenario and there were clear instructions on what to do when there are too many rooms for the user to handle. In IRC I would do /join 0 which is instant /part everywhere on most (if not all IRC servers).

I don't know how it would work, maybe a list of rooms with checkboxes of which I could select which to save, maybe per category (existing and meta*) so I could stay in favourites or direct chats and unspecified/meta categories like "only people who are invited can join" so I wouldn't need to ask people for invites again.

/join 0 on IRC is for cleanly running an uggtastic (re)connect /TIMER script, especially when trying to maintain control of unregistered chan's. That, and for juvenile Pranks . 1988 called and wants it's lulz back. :-

One might just as well offer a help mechanism for deactivating their MXID (account), which AFAIK, makes it leave all rooms. For any of my FUDdites suggesting I do that myself, show me how it's done by doing it yourself.
