Failed Login (ECONNREFUSED) #370

Not sure why this has happened, I had just started using the app and now I'm completely locked out ;( I had made some notes that now I fear I won't get back.

Login failed -- Error: connect
ECONNREFUSED 192.18.167.92:5432

Hi, our database went down a few days ago and this looks like you posted it right when that happened. Everything should be working now.
