Renamed Ignition Gazebo to Gazebo #11

Renamed Ignition Gazebo to Gazebo.

The simulation packages should renamed to gazebo too. I will be happy to open PRs, which branch should I need to target?

Then we can modify the cmds too.

As far as I know, we can't fully switch to the gz naming for everything. Under the hood the gz sim launch still runs ignition, so we still have to use the IGN environment variables for example.

Most of these changes are handled in https://github.com/turtlebot/turtlebot4-user-manual/pull/26, so I'm going to propose we close this ticket since it has unresolved conflicts.

If the names are still not correct we can make the necessary changes after the Jazzy docs are merged in.
