Turtlebot_rviz_launchers view_navigation.launch does not work properly #178

Launching this file from a remote PC does not work properly. Neither the 2D_pose_estimate nor the 2D_nav_goal work. When I drag the arrows on the map, nothing happens. This is explained in more detail here
