Navigation dependencies missing #56

Bugfixed in https://github.com/ros-planning/navigation/commit/c4a5e0b5fe66a898ef579d9a5fa6424b02359045

Just waiting for new release, remove sources from rosinstaller when done.

Still not released, could use a bump for hydro.

Not urgent though as we explicitly (temporarily) depend on them ourselves in https://github.com/turtlebot/turtlebot_apps/blob/hydro-devel/turtlebot_navigation/package.xml.

Don't forget to remove these when navigation gets released again!
