updating platform info to quadruple #70

Shouldn't go into this branch as it's our release branch and we won't be using the new platform info format for hydro. Need to either

  1. Use our own experimental branch
  2. Release on stable hydro and do rocon compatible development on hydro-devel.

@jihoonl - make sure you set the appropriate git user on the turtlebots so the unknown 'yujin' user isn't committing. I believe git is probably making appropriate noises about this when you do commit and push.
